Launching a scalable peer-to-peer mentoring and facilitator development process.
This is a network with a very good metrics systems focus in place inside an environment exhibiting a high level of franchisee support. Adding a peer group option for franchisees was a natural extension to the existing support infrastructure. They were confident in their in-house ability to format, organize and launch the groups, and train the group facilitators. Along the way, they realized that the process was more complex than they had envisioned. They reached out to Profit Soup for guidance on the critical steps for successful implementation and sustained participation.
CHALLENGE : To enhance their existing peer group implementation plan and transform it into a scalable, viable and sustainable vehicle to strengthen the brand and expand franchisee success. To create the infrastructure to support the initial launch of 6 groups simultaneously.
SOLUTION: To help them launch their peer groups successfully and spark interest, we developed a multi-layered plan. That plan included the development of a scalable agenda process, production of financial benchmarking materials and facilitator training. Specifically we delivered a group orientation webinar, designed and facilitated an on-site peer group meeting for top performers, customized and delivered a 4-hour convention workshop to set the tone, co-facilitated an online-meeting to model for future facilitators, created interactive goal worksheets, and supported and coached the in-house coordinator.
